These Flip-Ready cases are exclusive to ProX in North America, built under ATA-300 road case standards using 1/2" and 3/8" plywood construction throughout.

Manual Flip-Up Lid The top lid of the ProX XZF-YDM7COMPACT1ULMA is designed to be raised and opened easily by a single operator. No mechanical assistance, no power source, and no extra crew required. When flipped open, the top extension measures 20" L x 10.5" W x 5.5" H, providing a defined surface area above the console that contributes to the overall workstation setup. The ZCASE rotational design (patent pending by ZCASE) has been refined for real-world live production environments where time and crew count both matter.

Exterior Build and Finish The outside of the case features a Warnex coated finish alongside Signature Honeycomb Digital™ surface protection, a proprietary hexagonal laminate pattern that guards against minor scuffs and scrapes during transport, the bottom shell measuring 27"L 18.5" W  21.5"H . Heavy-duty steel ball corners reinforce every edge. Recessed butterfly twist-locking latches keep everything secured in transit, and easy-locking tongue and groove edges ensure a solid, consistent close every time. Spring-loaded recessed rubber handles and dual anchor rivets complete the exterior hardware package.  

Mobility and Transport Four industrial-grade auto-centering Penn Elcom 4" casters keep this case rolling straight and steady across any surface. At a case weight of 145 lbs empty, the casters carry the load so you do not have to. The case dimensions with casters measure 29.00" L x 20.00" W x 42.00" H, and suggested shipping is via LTL freight.

Interior and Storage The interior includes a large doghouse area with left and right openings for routing and storing cables and accessories, with a doghouse depth of approximately 5.9". A 1U rack space is integrated under the console, along with storage compartments built into the doors, each measuring approximately 16.5" x 6.5" x 14.5". A shock-absorbent Vibro-Insulation system and patented double shock mounts protect the console from vibration and impact during transit. A laptop arm and tray are included, and the console faders sit at a working height of approximately 37" when the case is fully deployed.

Optional Configurations The ProX XZF-YDM7COMPACT1ULMA is available with optional arm holders for a laptop or external screen, and a detachable mechanism option (QUM) for installations that require it.
