Open the rewards panel, choose a reward under “Redeem,” and it becomes a discount you apply to your cart. Rewards you've already claimed live under “Your Rewards.”

How do I move up a VIP tier?

Tiers are based on how much you've spent with us — $1,250 for Silver, $3,000 for Gold, $6,000 for Platinum. You move up automatically once you cross the threshold, and each tier makes every 100 Cue Points worth more cash.
