Open Bottom Design The MLT THREE uses an open bottom with no closed head frame, so your crew gets full, unobstructed access to load moving lights, LED fixtures, and complete video modules straight into the truss. There is no structure to fight and no awkward workarounds. That means faster load-ins, cleaner rigs, and less crew fatigue over a long run.

Built for LED Video Wall Rentals The open bottom clearance makes the MLT THREE a strong choice for LED video wall builds. You can mount complete LED panel modules, hanging frames included, directly inside the truss. Leave the panels in place, roll the whole assembly onto the available dolly (sold separately), move it to the next venue, and fly the rig right back up with the panels still mounted. For a rental house running multiple shows a week, that workflow saves real labor per event and cuts down the handling that puts panels at risk.

Steel Rotatable Fork Connectors, Male and Female Every MLT THREE ships with both male and female rotatable fork connectors made of hardened steel. The forks extend up to about 2.4 in (60 mm) and rotate to form vertical or horizontal curves at varying radii, so you can build straight runs, curved rigs, or full circular overhead configurations from the same hardware set. Each fork is individually field replaceable, so a connector damaged on a rough load-in does not put the whole truss section on the shelf.

The rotatable forks let you set your truss at any angle you need, making it simple to build 3D shapes, custom tower configurations, or even perfect truss circles using your standard inventory. Adjusting angles for curves and full circular rigs is no longer a production headache. And here is the part that really matters on tour: once you have the right angle dialed in, you lock it in the warehouse and it stays exactly where you set it through transport and through the show. No shifting. No adjustment needed on site. Just show up and build.

Pre-Tension Your Rig. Defeat the Deflection  Anyone who has hung a heavy LED wall knows the problem. The truss sags, the panels shift, and suddenly you have gaps in your screen in front of a packed house. The Unique Fork-Locking System™ on the ProX XTH-MLT3US8FT solves this at the source. Before the truck even leaves the warehouse, you can set a pre-tension, also known as a camber, directly into the truss to compensate for the weight of your LED panels and the truss itself. Lock it in, load it out, and it arrives on site already set to counteract the deflection. The wall goes up straight, and it stays that way.

Cross-Brand Compatibility The steel fork connectors and the industry-standard 1.90 in (48.3 mm) main tube let the MLT THREE connect directly to truss systems from other leading professional manufacturers, with no adapters or custom hardware. If your shop already owns trussing from other brands, this truss drops right into your existing inventory. That matters when you are building a mixed-inventory rig under deadline.

Aerospace-Grade Aluminum Construction The MLT THREE is built from Aluminium EN AW 6082 T6, an aerospace-grade alloy chosen for high strength at low weight. The 1.90 x 0.18 in (48.3 x 4.5 mm) main tube and 1.18 x 0.12 in (30 x 3 mm) bracing give you a structure engineered for real professional loads, show after show. Each 8 ft section weighs approximately 108 lbs.

HOF Heavy Duty (HD) Powder Coating Every MLT THREE is finished in HOF's Heavy Duty powder coating in RAL 9005 gloss black. This is not an off-the-shelf coat. It bonds harder and resists chipping, scratching, and abrasion at a much higher level than standard powder coat, so it holds up to truss going in and out of trucks multiple times a week.

Optional Double Rail System An optional rail system is available separately for the MLT THREE. It lets you suspend fixtures at two different height levels inside the same truss section with no lowering device required. That is useful when a production needs pre-rigged fixtures at different depths for even coverage across a wide stage or video wall.

Comprehensive Structural Analysis Documentation The MLT THREE is backed by full structural analysis covering standard line loads, vertical use, upside-down configurations, horizontal and vertical curved builds, and cantilever applications. The documentation is available for download right from the product page, and it is the paperwork your rigging team needs when pulling permits for large venue installs and permitted events.
