Platform Construction Each StageQ™ deck is built around AAA grade 7/8" (22 mm) exterior rated birch plywood with minimal voids, reinforced by a high-strength aluminum frame with precision TIG welded corners. The deck surface features the exclusive Signature Honeycomb Digital™ high-pressure laminate finish, engineered to deliver superior grip, long-term wear resistance, and a clean professional appearance in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

Understructure and Bracing The underside of every ProX XSQ-16X32PKG48 platform is reinforced with heavy-duty aluminum cross bracing, precision welded directly to the structural frame. This internal support system locks the birch plywood to the aluminum structure, preventing flex and keeping the stage solid under heavy loads. It's the kind of engineering that makes the difference when you're running a full band, a DJ rig, or heavy production equipment on the same platform.

Six-Leg Support System ProX was among the first manufacturers to engineer a 4 ft x 8 ft stage platform supported by six legs rather than the traditional four. This design improves weight distribution across the full surface, increasing overall rigidity and stability even when loads are concentrated in a single area. Each leg telescopes from 28" to 48" and is locked at the selected height using an integrated locking pin safety system. At the base of every leg, micro-adjustable leveling feet with M16 threaded bolts allow you to dial in a perfectly level surface even on uneven terrain.

Deck Connectivity and Leg Clamp System This package includes the hardware to tie the entire stage together properly. Each platform ships with two XSQ-C11MK2 lower deck security clamps, which mount underneath and firmly connect adjacent decks side by side. These clamps feature a large wing knob for tool-free tightening and quick assembly on site. One XSQ-C05 deck leveler joint is also included per platform and installs between the aluminum profiles of adjacent decks, keeping all surfaces flush and eliminating uneven transitions across the full 16 ft x 32 ft footprint. Additionally, the package includes XSQ-MX2 MK3 heavy-duty clamps for tying two legs together at connection points and XSQ-MX4 clamps for four-leg intersections, adding a further layer of structural stability across the full assembly.

Load Capacity and Certification The ProX XSQ-16X32PKG48 carries a maximum rated load of 1,500 lbs per 4 ft x 4 ft section, evenly distributed. The system is TUV Rheinland tested and certified, giving rental companies, production houses, and touring crews the documentation they need for professional deployments.

Steps and Accessories Stage steps are not included in this package, allowing you to match the step configuration to your actual stage height. As a general guideline, each step should be approximately 8 inches in height. A 30-inch stage height, for example, would typically call for a 5-step unit. Available step options include 3-step, 5-step, and 7-step configurations. Guard rails and stage skirts are also available separately to complete your installation.
