Stage Surface Each deck measures 48" x 48" and is constructed with a 5/8" (15 mm) zero-void plywood core. The top surface features the Signature Honeycomb Digital™ finish, a high-pressure laminate (HPL) treatment with a textured, non-slip pattern engineered to provide secure footing in demanding conditions. The result is a stage surface that is durable, slip-resistant, and built to hold up across repeated setups and teardowns.

Adjustable Leg System Every deck ships with six telescoping legs that adjust from 16" to 22" in height. Each leg locks into position with an integrated security pin system, keeping your stage solid once it's set. The legs also feature a twist-adjustable rubber foot that adds up to 2" of additional height and allows for precise leveling on uneven ground, bringing maximum elevation to 24" when fully extended. This flexibility makes the XSU-16X24PKG a strong choice for both indoor venues and outdoor events where the ground is rarely perfect.

Load Capacity Each 4 ft x 4 ft deck is rated to support up to 800 lbs. of evenly distributed weight, giving the full 16 ft x 24 ft configuration a combined load capacity that is more than capable of handling bands, performers, furniture, and production equipment together on the same surface.
