Deck Surface The top surface of ProX XSU-4X4 features the Signature Honeycomb Digital™ finish, a rugged hexagonal-patterned High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) that delivers serious traction underfoot. The non-slip black textured surface is built to hold up in both indoor and outdoor environments, handling performers, speakers, instruments, and crowds without losing grip or showing wear. This is not a decorative surface — it is an HPL engineered specifically for the demands of live production.

Platform Construction Beneath the surface, the deck is built on a 5/8" (16mm) zero-void plywood core, meaning no air pockets and no soft spots across the entire 48" x 48" panel. The aluminum frame wraps the perimeter with reinforced corners and cross profiles that give the platform its structural rigidity. Every part of this build is designed to distribute load evenly, which is how the ProX XSU-4X4 can support 800 lbs. per 4 ft x 4 ft section under even distribution.

Telescoping Leg System The four included telescoping legs adjust from 16" up to 22" in height, with each leg locking firmly in position via an integrated security pin and cable system. A twist-adjustable rubber foot at the base of each leg adds up to an additional 2" of height when needed, bringing the maximum elevation to 24". Those rubber feet also handle uneven terrain — concrete, asphalt, grass, or wood floors — allowing for micro-level adjustments that keep the stage surface flush and stable no matter what you are working on.

Tool-Free Assembly The ProX XSU-4X4 is designed to be set up by one person with no tools required. The four-corner leg support system snaps into place, the security clamps lock the deck into a solid, monolithic position, and the leveling clip keeps everything aligned.
