Built for the Real World Each deck is constructed over a 5/8" zero-void plywood core, giving you a surface you can actually trust underfoot. The Signature Honeycomb Digital™ top surface is a high-pressure laminate (HPL) finish that provides grip, resists wear, and stands up to repeated setups and teardowns. This is not a decorative finish — it is a functional, non-slip surface designed specifically for live performance environments where safety matters.

Telescoping Leg System Each of the four decks ships with its full set of telescoping legs that adjust from 16" to 22" in height. A built-in security pin and cable system locks each leg firmly in position once set, so the stage does not shift or collapse under load. Each leg also includes a twist-adjustable foot that adds up to 2 additional inches of height, bringing maximum elevation to 24". Those adjustable feet also allow for micro-leveling on uneven ground, which is critical for outdoor setups and older venue floors.

Fast Setup, One Person The ProX XSU-8X8PKG is a true one-person setup. No tools are needed, and the leg-to-deck connection is straightforward and quick. The included security clamps lock adjacent decks together at the corners, creating a flush, monolithic stage surface with no gaps between panels. Stage leveling clips help keep everything tight and even across the full 8 ft x 8 ft surface.

Load Capacity and Dimensions Each individual 4 ft x 4 ft deck is rated to support up to 800 lbs. of evenly distributed load. Individual deck dimensions are 48" x 48". Each deck ships in its own box at approximately 48" x 48" x 4" and weighs 58 lbs. The full package ships on a single skid at 320 lbs.
